Kultur Casino Bern
The Kultur Casino Bern is a concert hall at the Herrengasse 25 in Bern.
It was built in 1906-1908 by Paul Lindt and Max Hofmann for the Civic Community of Bern, Bern after 1890, the former concert hall was the construction of the federal building have to give way. On the grounds of the new casino was previously the old College, the forerunner of the University of Bern, which had been settled in the wake of the Reformation in the buildings of a medieval Franciscan monastery. The current building is in the style of a late Baroque classicism and wearing a distinctive hipped roof.
