Chakkri Maha Prasat Throne Hall, Grand Palace, Bangkok

The Grand Palace is a large collection of buildings in the heart of Bangkok.

It is the official residence of the King of Thailand. It was also the seat of the Royal Thai Government till 1925.

Today it is a major tourist attraction of Bangkok and in spite of a staggering entry fee of 500 Baht it attracts a lot of tourist.

Note: A detailed blog post on the Grand Palace, Bangkok coming up soon.
