"Snowball" is friendly and occasionally comes over to visit. He is a neutered male who wandered into our neighborhood a few years ago and adopted the family in the middle of our cul-de-sac. He had a micro chip-so his people were contacted. They didn't want him. So he remained with our neighbor. He's a very mellow boy and gets along with all cats.
I haven't been rescuing or TNR ferals for a almost two months now and must admit that a slight tinge of withdrawal has swept over me. I welcome the break from having to trap cats.....but also feel lost when I don't. I find that I mope around the house instead of going to the refuge to take wildife pics or take pics of my own cats. It's a wierd feeling and surely will pass with time.
