London Anthropology Day 2016
The 13th London Anthropology Day was held on 30th June 2016. London Anthropology Day is a free university taster day for Year 12, 13 and FE students, career advisors and teachers. It is the largest anthropology outreach event in Britain and attracts participants from the UK and abroad.

At this year’s event, 21 universities and 2 exhibitors took part with stalls and workshops engaging participants with hunter-gatherer diets, forensics, international development, material culture, human evolution and visual anthropology. The “Why We Post: the anthropology of social media” research project delivered several workshops for pre-university students and teachers.
