Lavender Cookies

butter:150g

sugar:150g

all purpose flour:250g

large eggs:2

lavender:2TBP

hot water:2TBP

temp:400F

  

1)Beat the butter (under room temprature) until creamy.

 

2)Add sugar into butter and continue to beat

 

3) Add eggs. Each time only a small portion of eggs is added and beat with the butter till the butter and eggs mix totally

 

4)Sift flour into the batter

 

5) Preheat the oven and bake about 13-15 minutes:)
