    It didn't seem all that glamorous at the time, but the 50 mm lens dolls everything up, doesn't it?

      Ha! It does make things seem more glamourous. They have a beautiful glow.
      A detailed shot like that of mine would not reveal glamour, only hack marks from getting hung in the disposal all. the. time.

      I like your angle in this shot, the sharp focus in the foreground and the light making sparkles on the silverware bokeh background. They do look like they are on a parade float, waving to a crowd.

      yay for the 50mm lens. i got mine about a month ago... and i have to say i am still loving it! great shot of an every so fun daily chore.
