I try not to buy Morningstar Farms products, but I have been really sold on these "chicken" strips. There's nothing in the pre-made frozen fake-meat arena that's as good and it's got a ton of protein. Our favorite way to eat them is breaded in a sesame and spice coating pan-fried in olive oil. A good accompaniment to the s'not chicken was this pasta in a really simply but great sauce: Wildwood un-sweetened soy yogurt, lemon, garlic, spinach, parsley, cracked red peper, black pepper and salt--tangy and great, especially for a summer dinner out in the yard.
