• This one looks very interesting! An alien pumpkin, perhaps.... - shazymo
  • Yes I thought the same myself of the Ailien pumpkin and this one looks like a "Conehead " Pumpkin. Many odd shapes, I'm wondering if they are grown just for the seeds.

Excellent! Whereabouts Eugene was this? I'd love to go take a picture myself.

my word, that IS a lot of pumpkins. I cant say that i've ever seen a field of pumpkins myself. The most i've seen in one go would have been about a dozen in my grandad's garden.
(and they were green, not orange!)

Beautiful seasonal shot! I've been looking for something similar, but haven't found it in my area yet!

Taken on Hulbert Lake Road off 99W between Junction City and Monroe......you can't miss it if they haven't harvested them yet. They have them kind of pulled into rows so I'm wondering if they aren't going to bring out one of those big machines that sucks them up and chops them up and keeps the seeds and spits out the rest.......will be interesting to see. I've been eyeing this big field for a week and finally there was some sunshine yesterday and I had my camera in the car and made my husband turn off so I could get a shot.
