Mountains blending with Sky

Newer Older

Long's Peak as a backdrop to a Louisville, Colorado neighborhood. Actually, this could be Lafayette. The town border is really confusing. The photo was taken on highway 42 (aka 95'th) and Paschal in Lafayette, Colorado. The neighborhood is South Indian Peaks.

Mt. Meeker is maybe 50 miles away line-of-sight. The snow in winter gives this view a totally different look. This photo is taken at approximately 5200 feet above seal level.

The entrance to the neighborhood in on Baseline Road.
