Hello all. Just in a glum mood today. The usual.
I saw that "Benjamin Button" movie last night. I sort of wish I didn't see it now though. It wasn't as bad movie at all, it was actually a great movie! It had a very good story, it was interesting, and the acting was spot on. However, the thing that bothered me was that this movie really didn't have a happy ending per se. It made you realize that life was short, and while it can be great at times, reminded me that there will always still be heartache and loss from time to time. I don't believe I've ever teared up to watching a movie in a theatre before, but I did for the first time during a couple of different scenes throughout the movie, because it was vaguely mirrored my recent suffering this past summer of losing a loved one in the hospital due to an illness.
I wish we lived forever on earth, but sadly not. I have faith that there is a Heaven.
I dream of it.
