Between the rocks

    Newer Older

This is the last Long Beach photo I've been promising you. :)

First, I'd like to know what you think of the border. There was a time not so long ago when I swore I'd never upload an image with a border to Flickr. The white background has been driving me nuts, though, and without the black border it's nearly impossible to see any detail in the rocks. So I'd be interested to hear whether you think it works, or if it's just tacky.

This is probably my favorite photo from the trip, but interestingly, I hardly noticed it until I went through my photos for the second time. I'm quite happy with the processed version, though. Feel free to critique.

[Added to Cream of the Crop as my current personal favorite.]

Dramatic and has a draw of the mysterious to it...would make a nice jigsaw puzzle.

Wonderful mood shot, especially with the boy in the center and I think the border does add to the picture.

One of the best ... beautifully executed and presented...but as in so much, it is serendipity that does t. Who is that figure? What is going on? A morning walk... a stealthy escape? It is a thought provoking photo and that's what makes this the cream of the crop, IMHO. Congrats!
