The first day in the GBC kitchen was a lot of fun. Lots of confusion as we figure out how the kitchen works, where to find things, and how to manage the crowd, but a good night.
This class focused on knife skills. Something we all need a little work on.
The key to this class is your kitchen partner - and I have a great one. We did some baking together in the past, so it's not our first time in the kitchen together - which means, we are essentially pros at this point.
