One for today's daily shoot.

#ds503: Make a photograph of a symbol today.

This is the centre piece of the Bournemouth Pier Approach memorial commemorating victims of Aids in Dorset. There is a wall featuring over 400 unique tiles designed by local school children, with each tile representing someone from Dorset who has died due to Aids. I spent a long time today looking at the tiles and thinking about the people who have passed away, it's very sad but a wonderful tribute.

You can read a little more about this memorial here.
