Not Lost

Ramona falls has been on my list for years, and I finally went there last week with some good company. Me and gary went up and shot this rainbow up by the face of the waterfall and then had a good time hanging out at the base with my girlfriend. To really experience this waterfall, you must see it in person. It is like the Proxy falls of Mount Hood. And it is BIG. The water on the far left side of this photo is at least 80 feet away from the foreground rocks, and this is actually a shot I took with my wide angle.

A waterfall in part sunlight is a beautiful thing. It is said that falling water is actually quite good for you, and when I stood here I had no doubt in this statement. I tried to capture what I felt at this place with my camera. I think this photo is doing as much as a photo can do to express my feeling.

Taste the rainbow...... :)
