Boeing B-17G Flying Fortress, G-BEDF as USAAF 124485\DF-S 'Sally B \ Memphis Belle' (B-17 Preservation)

Former USAAF 44-85784

One of the last Boeing B-17G's off the construction lines in June 1945 .It was used by the USAF for traning and testing as TB-17G.

Purchased by the French Institut Geographic National (IGN) in 1954 as F-BGSR based at Creil.

Bought by Ted White in 1975 as N17TE and flown to Duxford .

Now to be named 'Sally B' later G-BEDF.
