Dark Chocolate and Coconut Truffles Trio with French Dessert Wine

    Newer Older

This is probably going to be my last verrine project for this year. We had this christmas gathering last night and my wife is making my favourite truffles. The classic mix of dark choc and coconut truffle combination is always nice. Add the dessert wine closes the dinner perfectly.

It looks great, but how do I get it out of the glass?

: hahaha very good question! Haven't thought of how to do it yet. On the top of my head, you can "drink" the truffle (uncivilised way). Or else I should've put a toothpick for the truffle. Or you can roll them out on to your plate before eating them. hmm.. interesting
