Hollywood Theater, Minneapolis
Once a busy theater in Northern Minneapolis, the Hollywood was opened in 1935 and closed in 1987. It was subsequently added to the National Historic Landmarks database and purchased by the City of Minneapolis, who then have made several attempts to revitalize the property.

The building is structurally sound, but the guts have decayed. It would be an amazing place to set up a photo shoot.
