My Backpack's Contents

Just got my custom Timbuk2 Swig backpack today! Decided to fall in line with those people who take pictures of what's in their bags. I've been wanting to for a while now, so there was no better time than when the contents of my old bag was dumped on the floor.

Missing: Change of clothes, lunch (work-related commuting only)

How do you like the bag so far? I've been looking to replace my HAL with something more bike friendly.

David Russell I've taken it on two rides so far, and it's a big improvement over the one it replaced (Banjo Brothers' Whitey Von Backpack...not even making that up). It's a great size for someone my height (5'7"), and the new padding they have on the back to allow air flow is comfortable as ever, but it doesn't really improve air flow. My complaints right now are a bit menial, but all have to do with being undecided where to put all that stuff in what compartments. I absolutely love that the frontmost pocket is designed to hold a larger U-lock. That was clever. I'm also a big fan of it being hand made in San Francisco.

I'll keep ya posted as I get more time with it. I'm very happy with it initially. I've had a few of their bags, but insofar, I'm most impressed by this one.

David Russell I've been using this backpack for about a year now and is very confy. Lots of room for change of clothes, laptop, books, bike tools and a secret pocket for money or cards. works really great.
