Jamie Leigh Jones, who was drugged and gang raped while working for defense contractor KBR in Baghdad, Iraq, came to the U.S. Capitol in Spring 2009 to tell her story and to speak out against binding mandatory arbitration. Because of an employment contract she had signed, she was not allowed to sue KBR after the incident. Instead, she was forced into arbitration.
