Rally for Toy Safety

Parents and consumer activists gather near the Capitol to press for strong consumer product safety reforms. House and Senate leaders are meeting in conference to hash out a compromise bill that would give the Consumer Product Safety Commission the authority and resources it needs to help stem the flood of dangerous products flowing into the country. Last year, there were a record number of recalls of hazardous goods, including some 25 million toys and children's products.
