    El "copetoncito" o "pinche", como lo llamamos, se encuentra en todo Suramérica. En mi jardín lo vemos solitario o en pareja con mucha frecuencia en el terreno, moviéndose de un lado para el otro buscando semillitas. Su canto es muy hermoso, aunque sólo lo hace el macho.
