Gluten free chocolate and hazelnut brownies
My first attempt at making something for a specific dietary requirement. Hopefully, it won't poison them...
It's the previous recipe I used (see ultimatefoodies.com/recipe/default.aspx?artefactID=148 ) but with rice flour substituted for plain flour. It's a little dryer than those, but still eminently yummable.
I may try another set with soy flour next week.
