Traffic on 35W heading in and out of Minneapolis

Normally, I cannot stand crooked horizons but here I make an exception; I think the tilt helps emphasize the freeway bridge and keeps ones eyes flowing into the city. In that regard, keeping the photo a bit off balance lends a greater sense of motion...when the horizon was level, the photo felt quite static and non-dynamic. Thoughts?
