Tilikum Crossing aesthetic light testing

This Sonic Dish, at the bridge's west side abutment in the South Waterfront, is illuminated by the aesthetic lighting program, and will change color and motion depending on the natural conditions of the adjacent Willamette River.

The aesthetic lighting was created by artists Douglas Hollis and the late Anna Valentina Murch for the Portland-Milwaukie Light Rail Transit Project’s Public Art Program.

The aesthetic lights will be permanently activated in September 2015.

Licensed for all uses by TriMet.
