Disneyland 2011 - Dessert @ Club 33
One of the main reasons... Ok, THE main reason we decided to head west to Disneyland a few months ago can be boiled down to a simple question posed by a buddy of mine, "Hey, want to join us at Club 33"?
Mere seconds after I belted my overly-enthusiastic, "HELLS YES!" reply I had our flights & hotel booked. It was only then that it occurred to me that asking for the time off from work might be helpful as well. Thankfully, my request was granted and the countdown began to Disneyland & our Club 33 reservation.
Dining at Club 33 is a wonderful experience, and something every Disney Parks fan needs to have on their bucket list. It's amazing just how many people walk past the Club's non-nondescript entrance completely unaware of what lies beyond the door. This is made even more evident by the sea of parked strollers we had to wade our way through just to ring the bell.
Once inside we rode the french lift to the second floor 'Gallery' which is flush with Disney artwork & memorabilia. I fought the urge to experience Club 33 from behind my camera, opting instead to fire off a handful of snaps before putting away my camera and focusing on enjoyed a wonderful meal with my best girl & a few great friends.
Yet another astounding highlight from our Disneyland trip - one I really hope to get to experience again in the future.
