Instructor: Jessica Orlowski
Bio: Jessica Orlowski is currently the Student Director at Large of NCECA (National Council on for the Ceramic Arts) and a Masters of Fine Arts candidate at Georgia State University focusing in Ceramic Art and will be graduating May 2010. Jessica received her Bachelors Degree at Alfred University in 2004 and was a Post- Baccalaureate student in ceramic arts at the University of Florida (2005-2007).

Jessica’s current work includes experimentation with slip-dipping textiles. Her work speaks about the need for family and human connection and often questions innocence, childhood, and how modernity has tainted these early phases of our lives.

Her work can also be seen in the Porter Price Collection, Columbia, SC, and the Provost Art Collection, Georgia State University.
