Milling

* Measure out the grains

* Mill it and put it in bags

* Put the bags in hot water for 30 minutes

* Take out the bags

* Add the malt extract to the water and bring it to a boil

* Add the "bittering" hops and boil for 30 minutes

* Add the "flavoring" hops (and the cranberries) and boil for 10 minutes

* Turn off the heat, and add the "aroma" hops and wait for 5 minutes

* Run it though the heat exchanger and into the jug for primary fermentation
