Andaman Sea Diving, Thailand 2011
Three dives at Ko Bida with Lanta Divers from Ko Lanta, February 19, 2011 (little islands off of Ko Phi Phi.)

Peterpan Liveaboard out of Kaolack (four days) to the Similan and Surin Islands: Feb 22-26, 2011 (14 dives total):

Anita's Reef (Islands 5/6)
West of Eden (Island 7)
Deep 6 (Island 7)
Turtle Rock (Island 8)
Elephant Head Rock
Koh Bon
Ko Tachai Reef
Richelieu Rock
Boonsung Wreck

Living aboard Peterpan was an excellent way to dive the amazing Andaman Sea. I got my PADI advanced certification while on board, and picked up some great underwater photography tips from scubaTim.

I have never seen corals like these anywhere else I have dived. Apparently it's usually even more amazing, as there was extensive coral bleaching last year in the Andaman Sea after water temperatures rose dramatically for a short time. I definitely saw the aftermath of this bleaching, but the dives here were still amazing.

Richelieu Rock was hands-down the most beautiful pace I've ever been diving.
