Rare Snow Day

A once-every-decade snow fall hit the Bay Area last Tuesday with snow levels as low as 1,200 feet.

The last time the Bay Area experienced a winter storm with snow levels as low was February, 2011, according to the National Weather Service.

The Burma Road Trail in this image snakes up towards the mountains and was most enjoyable since all the folks skipping work & school were higher up on the summit. The snow dusting the rolling green hills was a magnificent sight!
