      "Avoid stretching of thin elements", do you mean that the frame is relative to the face size, but it should always be of constant width?
      That's something I plan making possible with the Framing System, but it is very limited in functionality, right now...

      Mmmh, no, the "3 frames panels" I did were thin but were streched and bacame thick when populated on the form. I work the thing around by creating an inox "cassette" giving the element a thicker profile and it worked better.

      Maybe your framing system should be improved, to allow subdivisions within the same face (3x1 or 2x2 etc.)
