Stourhead Estate was designed in the 1740's by Henry the Magnificent. It is made up of 2,650 acres of eighteen century landscape garden, a Palladian Mansion, prehistoric parkland, farmland and ancient woodland.
Today, the Estate belongs to the National Trust and has around 350,000 people visiting the garden, house and countryside every year.
This was taken from the lakeside walk which goes in a loop around the lake and is of approximately 2 miles long.
