    We did 5 bls for 5 people and everyone was silent during dinner. There were a few "oh wow"s and "man this is good" but conversation stopped while we enjoyed this wonderfully prepared dish.
    Only negative was that it took about 40 min longer to cook than the time in the recipe.

    Will make this again!!

    I was disappointed in this recipe... Our roast took way longer to cook! But the outcome was good just took forever to get the meat to 120 degrees and the topping was burned?
