      This IS the Perfect Pie Crust. I thought I had a great recipe. This pie crust is incredibly flaky. Almost too flaky if that is even possible. Thank you so much for posting this recipe and method. I am convinced that the freezing and possibly vinegar makes a big difference. I thought it could also use a bit more salt, so I will do that next time. But wow oh wow. The dough also handled beautifully. I rolled it out between 2 sheets of plastic wrap. Even the left over scraps combined together easily and rolled out smoothly. The search for the perfect pie crust is over. This is it!
