Cyaniding?--Abandoned South Dakota

Right off the Mickelson Bike Trail in the Black Hills of South Dakota, between the Dumont and Rochford trailheads stands an interesting shed. It's maybe not that interesting architecturally, but it is interesting for something else, it's siding, and most of it's roof is covered in lids from old cyanide barrels that were used in the gold extraction process in nearby mining activities. Here's an example of where maybe reduce, re-use, an recycle maybe wasn't the greatest idea...unless they were thoroughly washed first.
