Lower Manhattan Taking Shape

One of my favorite places to shoot and stroll along the Hudson River in Hoboken, NJ. The Piers are fairly new and they give a modern touch to the bright city lights of NYC.

One World Trade stands out amongst the group of buildings as the newest addition to the skyline of Lower Manhattan. Its the first & the tallest of five new towers that will be shaping the future skyline. The height of the tower at this point of contstruction is about 1400ft. the same height of the old towers. Once the roof and antennna are completed it will stand at 1776 ft. representing the date of America's independence.

Its been a pleasure witnessing the revitalization of Lower Manhattan for the last decade, things are definately taking shape.
