First wedding shoot
The wedding was at small art gallery in Ottawa. If it wasn't for the bride's sister, they wouldn't have hired a photographer. They just wanted it to be very simple and intimate, and that it was. I was sorta nervous because I only knew the bride's sister, but once I got there they made me feel so at ease. Not having a clue what to do, as I'd never shot a wedding before, I asked the clients what they wanted, to which the replied, "do what you would like." That made it all the better for me.There were no trees, no flowers, no greenery, so I had to make the best of what was there. Luckily, the space was bathed in natural light and there was a white concrete wall in the parking lot that made a great backdrop for a group shot. All good, I tried not to go ham on the white wine. All in all, it was fun. I rented a Canon EOS 5D because I don't own a professional digital camera and if it were up to me, I would have just shot with film but just couldn't take that risk. Two rolls were packed with my C330 though, and of all the images shot, the film shots were the ones I like best.
I've added a few more in the comment section. let me know what you think.
