Crepe Myrtle Seed Pods

Newer Older

Explore position: 160 on Saturday, December 6, 2008.

This is dried Crepe Mrytle seed pods, makes for a cool picture against the background of blurred trees with the cloud diffused sun shining in through them. I was also just reading about these, and it looks like these are ready to harvest...;).

Awww I'm sorry I missed this Shane! It's lovely. The brown and muted tones give it a delicate feel. As if to touch it roughly would make it crumble into dust and fly away. I love it! Not to mention I saw this in Explore! :) Congrats! Your work is awesome as always!
