These white gooses and flying seagulls were strongly lighted by a side rising sun. The background was remaining dark, giving a very contrasty result.
We can also see the reflection of the goose on the water.
Technically, it is a composed photo made from 2 different ones. The light mist is placed at the transition and received some gradiant to smooth it.
I have accentuated the darkness of the background in the photo to increase the contrast and give some mystery mood with that strange lighting.

If you look correctly, you can see that the light on the seagulls comes from the right while the light on the gooses comes from the left (I left it like that because it may get more attention from the subconscious)...
