Sometimes making images that twist convention is fun. This image is from a very pleasant walk on the cliffs at the rumps this summer. I wasn’t feeling the classic shots, so ended up climbing down some cliffs to get as close to the water as possible until I lost my bottle and fingernails bitten to a stump I retreated back to the relative safety of the cliffs. Anyway half way back up I spent 30 minutes or so with my telephoto lens trying to capture long exposure daytime water movement. Anyway, hope you like it, although I suspect it’s a bit surreal for most… (We shall see).
