It was an overcast day so we decided to go to the South East coast. We ended up going to Polperro, it’s a typical pretty little Cornish fishing village, but unlike most places in Cornwall once you get past the very slippery rather dangerous rocks to the shoreline there anent many people around.
The geology is like nothing else I've seen before, there are amazing reds yellows browns and greens in the rocks. I’ve Incidentally toned down the colour here because it looks wrong, to saturate. Its what I imagine a moonscape would look like.
Anyway unfortunately I didn’t take my tripod, as it’s a rather long walk down from the car park and I wasn’t inspired by the weather conditions. I opted for an nd8 graduated filter instead, so had to settle for a smaller dof and hold the camera as still as I could as I held my breath. Anyway I hope you like it (o:
