This is my Giant Anthem X4. It's a cross country machine with 4" travel and virtual pivot point rear suspension. That means it's got a few places where it bends :-) and by using magic it doesn't move up and down when you pedal and sprint but it does move when you go over bumps. Like I said, magic. It's the cheapest of the Anthems and it only comes in white with a million Giant logos on it, and Shimano Deore bits and wheels that went all wobbly. I love riding it though, it's great fun.

It turned out a bit drizzly for today's ride and it was tough pedalling and pushing up muddy hills. It was so draggy we had to pedal down hill too! I was sliding around quite a bit but that's partly because I need to put some proper tires on. Not that these aren't good, I like 'em, but they just aren't knobbly enough for muddy stuff.

It was raining so I didn't hang about taking this. Handheld 40D 50mm f1.8 with a little levels adjust and bump of the curve in GIMP.
