Day 25 - Naan
I know, yet more food. I think all we do is eat and it's getting pretty tough taking a pic every day so what we get is lot's of food pictures. Oh well.
This is some naan bread we made to go with our curry tonight. I forgot the black onion seeds so it wasn't as good as usual. They really make the difference. Must remember to add them to the ingredients list:
3/4 tsp Yeast
250g Flour
1tbsp Olive oil
3 tbsp Yoghurt
1tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Black Onion Seeds
100ml water
Slap it on the 45 min pizza dough setting or kneed it old skool. Then heat your gril up as hot as it'll go and and nuke it as close as you can get it to the element until it puffs up, wathch it doesn't burn on said element, then turn it over and do the other side. Scoff.
