Garbanzo Bake - Ingredients

I like to lay out all my ingredients before I start working. This has the twin benefits of putting everything close to hand and making it less likely that I'll forget something. (Not everything is out, though. I don't bother with simple things like oil--that goes straight from the bottle to the wok. Also, stuff that needs refrigeration, stays in the fridge until I'm ready for it.
