I Love Paella!
Whenever I go to the Santa Fe restaurant in Wilmington, DE, I ALWAYS get this dish. There are many variations, but Santa Fe typically includes mussels, shrimp, scallops and chorizo sausage. Not too keen on mussels, I substitute plantains. This dish is soooo good... especially with a Negra Modelo, of course!
