I have a question
Spent some of this warm and sunny day at Picnic Point Park, just after low tide. It's becoming my favorite nearby beach, especially for toddler-taking. At low tide there is a fairly large area of very shallow water, a long sandy beach, rocky "shingle" beach areas with interesting rocks, a surprising amount of sea/beach life (clams, weird sea snails, etc), and very little litter, broken glass, etc.
That's the southern end of Whidbey Island in the background.
