As an 11 year-old, THIS was how I wanted my college experience to be -- me riding a bike with my Mac in tow. I even thought of writing Apple and asking what the college was so I could make sure I went there.

I'm pretty sure that's Stanford University.

Definitely Stanford. I don't ride my bike, but I take my Mac to class there every day!

lol ;-) i have a classic, but i wouldn't dare tote it around like that!!

I wouldn't have ridden around with a fragile $2500 brick in the front basket on my bike. One pothole, one curb, or one drainage grill and you're out a computer.

Am I the only one noticing the "WTF" look on the guy to the left? And I can only imagine riding a bike with that much weight on the handle bars. I have a Mac Classic II at home, and those things are NOT light. I can imagine him swaying left and right every time he tries to take a curve.

    Classic Stanford shot.

I actually thought it was comfortable carrying my Mac around in that bag slung over my shoulder back in '85. Of course the only other portables were "briefcase on steroid" beasts (Compaq, IBM PC Portable, Kaypro, etc.), so I guess this was somewhat friendly with all its padding.
