    Hi all! Hope you're dandy?!
Long day yesterday! Dragged out of bed again... eugh! After breakfast I went into town quickly to go to paperchase and post office. Then work work work! Did about 10 pages on my portfolio which i think is a record in a day for me! Going to print a panorama I did a couple of weeks ago as a centre fold double page kinda thing, over 2 landscape A3 pages, hopefully it'll look good!
Very little to report again actually though! Just got loose ends to finish off today like referencing, page order etc etc... then going to go print it off! In a pdf its 200mb. Ouch!
My back is now so sore, can't sit down for long at all. Just a dull pain... any tips to get rid of it?! Much appreciated!
    Have a good day all!

      Great capture.
Love the timing with the people walking past and the man looking into his cup.

Looks like he is disappointed to be down to the dregs! Love how beautifully all the folds have come out in his clothes! Hope your back improves.

As far as your back goes try hanging ( by your hands ! ) theory being, you take all the compression off of your spine and hip joints.....you might have a trapped nerve ? this might release it.......something I read many years ago, give it ago you never know ! :)

      Excellent mono toning.
As for the bad back, I like 's suggestion. I might give that a go the next time my sciatica plays up. Failing that, exercises to strengthen your back muscles and more conventional stretches ;-)

Lay on your back bring your legs - knees - up so that you`re comfortable and your feet are flat on the ground ,let your knees pivot to the left and right slowly gently , works for me , for many a year...:-) hope you didn`t have a dodgy cuppa like this gentleman , classic catch
