Bûche de Noël

No sorry, it’s not the traditional bûche is made from a Génoise sponge cake, generally baked in a large, shallow jelly roll pan, frosted, rolled to form a cylinder, and frosted again on the outside.


It’s more or less a delicate eggnog cream surrounded from moist almond sponge accomplished with fresh fruits and bitter chocolate leaves.
