The Chicago Board of Trade

This art-deco tower completed in 1930, stands with 44 floors and 605 ft. tall. It was Chicago's tallest skyscraper from 1930 to 1965 when it ws surpassed by The Daley Center. It is a registered National Historic Landmark. It is also the home of the main trading floor for the Chicago Board of Trade.

It's a very famous and visible building in the public light not to mention with movie makers in Hollywood. Famous visitors have included Prince Charles, President George H.W. Bush, Mikhail Gorbachev, President Jimmy Carter, Vice President Al Gore, and President George W. Bush. Even if you’re not famous, you can tour the architecture and selected portions of trading operations with the Chicago Architecture Foundation.
