Egg Tart, Now That's What I'm Talkin' About

TaiCheong's egg tart is classic HK style. The egg custard is smooth, with a crumbly pie-like short crust. Unlike the Portuguese egg tarts in Macau which have caramelized custard tops and flaky crust. Either way is good with me!
